• Flip Out Grip Socks must be worn (not included in price)
• Waiver form must be filled out prior to session
• Children over the age of 5 only
• Strictly no refunds offered
• Child must check-in upon arrival
• Bookings are essential
• Normal Safety Rules & Conditions of Entry apply.
• Every flipper must have a signed a waiver. - Under 18yrs must have an adult (18+years) sign for them.
  Every flipper must wear mandatory Flip Out grip socks.
  
  Any session which is cancelled due to an unforeseen and temporary closure of a center (for example due to a local, regional, state, or national health order lock down) will be refunded in the form of a voucher to the same value of the original session price. This voucher can be redeemed within 3 years, once the centre has re-opened.
  
  No monetary refunds will be issued for a session which has been cancelled due to an non completion of time spent, or a no show.
